What We Work On
Practical accessibility priorities
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As Pawlune Care grows, we continue paying attention to the parts of the experience that matter most: finding products, reading product details, reviewing store policies, completing purchases, and receiving support.
Visual clarity
We aim to use readable spacing, balanced contrast, clear content grouping, and restrained visual motion so pages feel polished without making shopping harder to follow.
Meaningful language
We avoid vague action labels where possible and use direct wording for browsing, product guidance, customer care, shipping, returns, and store assistance.
Responsive behavior
We design pages to adapt across screen sizes so product categories, images, policy cards, and support details remain usable on smaller devices.
Structured sections
We use headings, cards, lists, and grouped information to help visitors move through pet grooming, hygiene, wellness, and home care information with less confusion.
Reduced motion respect
When supported by a visitor’s device settings, we respect reduced-motion preferences and keep decorative animation from becoming a barrier.
Ongoing improvement
We welcome feedback about access barriers, unclear page experiences, broken interactions, or content that could be made easier to use.
